The Building Process

Building a custom home is a unique experience. If done with careful planning and forethought, it can be a positive experience.  Tom Beebe and his team work hard to make the experience a good one, for the homeowner, for the carpenters, for the subcontractors and for others whose efforts come together to create a family home.

The process begins with selecting the land, determing the style of home that best fits the location and the family needs, deciding who will design the structure, siting the house on the land, selecting materials that best fit the design and the homeowner’s budget, and carefully managing the process from beginning to end. *One of Tom Beebe’s big strengths is his understanding of the flow of the Building Process and the ability to work with and guide the homeowner through the process.

When the homeowner contracts to work with Tom, detailed process documents will help the homeowner understand the flow of the project, the decisions that will be required and the expected timing.
